Sandra Hernandez has been with the California Smokers’ Helpline for 17 years in various positions, including tobacco cessation counselor, counselor supervisor, and manager of the evaluation department. Currently, she is Operations Manager, where she oversees the day-to-day workings of the counseling and evaluation departments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
